KARI DELANEY - Associate Broker

Kari brings her experience of working for several years in a busy real estate office, here in Taos, as well as being the qualifying broker of her own real estate company. She is well rounded in her real estate knowledge of Taos and is available to assist all of our clients, buyers and sellers, alike. She adds a new dimension of customer service to our business. Working together, Kari, Janet and I are committed to guide you smoothly and happily through your entire relationship with us.

Her family is the core of her life. She has two beautiful daughters and a wonderful man to share her life with. She has two interests that she is passionate about. She is an orchid grower and an independent filmmaker. Yes, you can grow orchids in the high desert mountains of Taos. Yes, Taos has cast, crew and ideas, plus several film festivals to make films here and have fun.

Kari first came to Taos as a 10-year-old girl. Her father was an avid skier and brought the family to Taos Ski Valley from Tulsa, Oklahoma. She learned to ski and fell in love with the West. After traveling around the world with the Semester-at-Sea program, Kari graduated from the University of California/Santa Barbara. She became a resident of Santa Fe in 1984. She moved to Taos in 1999 and decided to start a career in real estate. Real estate is a great combination for her to express her love of design, of working with people and her attention to details. She feels lucky to be in a profession she truly enjoys.

Janet Dearing - Office Manager

Janet moved to Taos in June 2005 from San Diego.  She has a daughter,  Maddie who is now going to college. Before moving to Taos, she worked for Chicago Title and Escrow as an accounting assistant and is well versed in the property closing process. She has had many years experience in administration and accounting.

Janet enjoys preparing adventurous gourmet meals, river rafting in the summer and cozying up by the fireplace with a good book in the winter. She also enjoys exploring the wineries in New Mexico with friends and adding to her wine collection.
