Brandon could not have been a more helpful and attentive guide for us as we purchased our first home! We were extremely impressed from the outset with his willingness to accommodate us, as we worked to move forward with the purchase despite living across the country. To make matters even more complicated, we put an offer on the place at the height of restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, which prevented us from even viewing the house prior to the week we closed. Every call, email, and text was responded to promptly and with enthusiasm to alleviate our legitimate first-time-homebuyers nerves. When our timeline became crunched due to complications outside our control, Brandon was proactively making calls on our behalf and we felt advocated for every step of the way! He went the extra mile to ensure we felt confident in our purchase and fully informed on the quality of the property, the workings of the local community, and the process for purchasing.
