This compares to 10 sales in February 2014.   In 2015 the average days on market was 258 days.

We did not see any condos or town homes sell in the entire month of February.  This compares to 4 condos sold in Feb. 2014.

While statistically February did not provide any clear statistical sign of increased closings.  Many brokers experienced higher than typical buyer activity and we witnessed an increase in both the volume of showings but also the number of homes and condominiums going undercontract throughout the month.    Given closings can often take 45-60 days we anticipate an increase in closings towards the end of March and early April.
